Who we are
The Fondazione ALA Venezia is a nonprofit organization founded in 2024. It is headquartered in the Cloister of Madonna dell'Orto, which aims to become a modern hub for cultural exploration, where history and tradition merge with humanism, innovation, and sustainability.
ALA stands as a symbol of the convergence between architectural grace and artistic liberty, inspired by the Cloister’s arches, signifying the human capacity to create elegant and harmonious spaces, and the wings of a seagull, representing the freedom of venetian nature.
Through collaboration with international, national, and local entities, the sponsorship of initiatives, and the hosting of events. Fondazione ALA is committed to celebrating bold ideas. Its ambition is to create a leading dynamic space that encourages dialogue between disciplines and integrates the past with the contemporary.
